I will rent a bright, cozy apartment near the center with a beautiful view of the Santa Barbara fortress. The apartment has heating and gas. At the moment there is no air conditioning in the apartment, but closer to summer I will be ready to install it. The apartment is rented until July 31, 2025, but I will consider the option for a longer period. I speak English, Czech and Russian. In Spanish, communication is possible only through the site chat or e-mail.
