Looking for a flatmate to share an apartment located in Campoamor, very close to ADDA, on the 3rd floor without an elevator. I've been living here for 8 years with my 2 cats. It's 2 minutes from the stop for bus 24, 3 minutes from the stops for buses 01, 03, 04, 09, and 13. A 10-minute walk to the Central Market. The room is white, with two built-in wardrobes, and the window faces the balcony, which looks out onto the street. Directly opposite us, there's an empty lot, so no building obstructs the view, and a lot of light comes in. On the balcony, I have a safety net installed so my cats don't fall. Currently, the room has a bed base and mattress, no other furniture. I'm looking for a quiet, respectful, and careful person only. The room is €400, with electricity, water, gas, and internet expenses not included. The deposit will be equivalent to one month's rent, and the landlady will require proof of financial solvency.
