In the kitchen, each person has their assigned space: numbered cabinets, bins, shelves in the fridge and freezer. There are two washing machines and plenty of space for drying clothes. Cohabitation is highly valued, with weekly cleaning of common areas and weekly replenishment of toilet paper, napkins, dishwasher detergent, sponges, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and other basics (except laundry detergent, which everyone brings their own), included in the cleaning fee (detailed below). The main terrace is huge, ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, or working outdoors. It has sofas, tables, power outlets, plants, and an urban garden with a drip irrigation system, which you can use for your own consumption.
