I'm looking for someone to live in my apartment with me, my two cats, and one other person: ) I would like to find kind, friendly, and respectful people. I like living arrangements where there is a good balance between sharing some moments and having private space. If you liked the apartment, write to me so we can get to know each other! EXPENSES The cost of internet and community fees are already included in the price. Water and electricity are to be shared between the people who live in the apartment. THE ROOM It is a room of about 10 square meters, with a built-in wardrobe, a double bed, and a small desk. A lot of light enters through the window and the atmosphere is cozy. (Watch the video, it is more up-to-date than the photos and there you can see the furniture that will be in the room). COMMON AREAS As common areas we have a 30 square meter terrace with views of the mountain (and you can also see the sea a little) where there is a very pleasant temperature practically all year round. There is a very bright and spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. AREA AND CONNECTIONS The house is in Campoamor, next to the bullring, 10 minutes walk from the central market (you get there by going straight down the street) and about 20 minutes walk from the beach. Very well located. In addition, 2 blocks away you have the Monte Tossal park with incredible views of the city. You have several supermarkets nearby, and a store with a little bit of everything for emergencies in the same block. You also have the bus connection behind the block (less than a minute from when you leave the portal) that takes you directly to the University, or anywhere in the city. PARKING We recommend parking in the "parking Monte Tossal" which is about 6-7 minutes from the house. It is across the park, and there is always parking. You can also park on the street, but sometimes it can be a bit difficult, depending on the day and time. IMPORTANT You should know that it is a fourth floor without an elevator. For me it is not a problem at all. On the contrary, it forces me to do some exercise: ) Smoking is NOT allowed in the house. Only on the terrace and with the door closed so that the smoke does not enter. Bringing animals is NOT allowed. To ensure good coexistence, you cannot play loud music, play instruments or have parties. It is important to keep the common areas clean. If someone cooks, they must leave it clean as it was for the next person; ).
